Welcome to PassKashToken! These Terms of Service govern your participation in the presale of PassKashToken (PKT) issued by Kashara LLC. By accessing or using the presale platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Presale Period: The presale will begin on 3rd February 2025 and end on 5th April 2025.

Minimum Contribution: $20 USD (paid via USDT or BNB).
To participate in the presale, you must be at least 18 years old and comply with the laws and regulations of the country in which you reside. By participating, you confirm that you are not a resident or citizen of any country where the presale or the sale of cryptocurrency tokens is prohibited or restricted.
To participate in the presale, you must complete the registration process on the PassKashToken website. The only accepted payment methods for the presale are USDT (Tether) and BNB (Binance Coin). The minimum contribution for participation is $20 USD, which must be paid using either USDT or BNB. Tokens will be delivered to the wallet address provided by the purchaser once the transaction is complete and confirmed. Tokens are subject to lockup and cannot be transferred, sold, or traded until the official launch date of PassKashToken.
Tokens will be distributed at the end of the presale or after full completion of the presale period, whichever occurs first. Tokens will be delivered to the wallet address provided by the participant during registration.
Participation in the presale does not guarantee any financial return. The value of PassKashToken may fluctuate and is subject to market conditions. Participants should be aware of the risks involved and should not invest more than they can afford to lose.
By participating in the presale, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with purchasing, holding, and using cryptocurrency. The company is not responsible for any losses, damages, or legal consequences arising from participation in the presale.
Once you purchase PassKashToken during the presale, the transaction is final, and no refunds will be provided, except as required by applicable law or in case of a material error in the presale process. Refunds will be processed in the same method used for payment.

The presale of PassKashToken is conducted in compliance with the applicable laws of Malta and relevant international regulations. Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with the laws of their respective jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kashara LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the presale or use of PassKashToken. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunities.
Kashara LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time during the presale period. Participants will be notified of any significant changes via the official PassKashToken website or email communication.
Any disputes or claims arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration under the laws of Malta. The arbitration proceedings will take place in Malta and will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the Malta Arbitration Centre or any other relevant arbitration body, as agreed upon by both parties. The decision made by the arbitrator(s) will be final and binding.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Malta, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
